Amine Radi at Etihad Arena: the Moroccan YouTube comic brings La Suivette to Abu Dhabi
From accounting student in Dijon to a billion views and Belgium's biggest hall, Amine Radi plays Abu Dhabi Comedy Season on 19 November.
Amine Radi performs his comedy special La Suivette at Etihad Arena on Thursday 19 November, part of Abu Dhabi Comedy Season. MBC Group presents the show as part of its Wagef stand-up road tour, and it is performed in French and Arabic.
Radi grew up in Casablanca and left at 18 to study accounting in Dijon, France. Yabiladi reported that he started making videos there out of boredom, posting them on YouTube and then Facebook, before moving to Paris and drawing on city life for new material.
His series Quand tu sors avec made him known well beyond France. Belgian daily La DH reports his videos have passed one billion views and that he has more than six million followers on social media.
His first live show was in Tunisia in 2018, in front of around 4,500 people, and his stage shows Va Dormir Va and L'Expert Humoriste followed. In May 2025 he headlined the ING Arena in Brussels, the largest hall in Belgium. UAE fans may remember his earlier Dubai shows at The Theatre, Mall of the Emirates. Practical notes from the event page: doors open at 7.15pm, the show starts at 8.30pm, entry is 16 and over, and phones are locked in pouches for the whole performance.
