Bolaji Oki vs Daniel Santos: UFC 333 featherweight preview
Belgium's Oki drops to featherweight to face Brazil's Santos, with both men coming off a stoppage loss.

Belgium's Bolaji Oki and Brazil's Daniel Santos meet at featherweight at UFC 333 at Etihad Arena on Saturday 24 October. Heavy reported the booking on 29 September, and FightMag lists it on the early prelims.
Oki, 30, is 10-4 overall and 2-3 in the UFC. He was unbeaten in LFL and won the Atomic Fighting Championship title in 2022, then beat Timmy Cuamba and Michael Aswell Jr. in the Octagon. He has lost his last two, to Mason Jones and Manoel Sousa, both by stoppage, and drops down to featherweight for this fight.
Santos, 31, is 14-3 and 4-2 in the UFC. After losing his debut to Julio Arce he won four in a row, over John Castaneda, Johnny Munoz Jr., JeongYeong Lee and JooSang Yoo, the last by second-round knockout. DooHo Choi stopped him with a body punch earlier this year, ending a run that had him close to the top 15.
Expect an exchange on the feet. AgentMMA's figures have Oki landing 6.4 significant strikes a minute and Santos 5.2, and both absorb more than five a minute. Oki is the bigger man, at 5ft 10in with a 73-inch reach against Santos's 5ft 7in and 67 inches.
Neither fighter is ranked, and both need a win. Heavy called it a fight between fan favourites, and for Oki a third straight defeat is the outcome he most needs to avoid.
