Iasmin Lucindo vs Nicolle Caliari: the women's strawweight bout at UFC 333
Two Brazilians meet in Abu Dhabi: the experienced 24-year-old Lucindo and Caliari, who is looking to bounce back.

UFC 333 includes an all-Brazilian women's strawweight fight between Iasmin Lucindo and Nicolle Caliari. Agent MMA reported on 1 October that the bout had been added to the Etihad Arena card for Saturday 24 October, and it appears in Sports Illustrated's 14-fight line-up.
Lucindo is only 24 but already 18-6 as a professional, with eight wins by knockout and three by submission, according to her Wikipedia profile. Born in Fortaleza, she started MMA in 2017 at the age of 15. Her last fight was a unanimous decision win over Angela Hill in August 2025.
Her recent UFC run also includes points wins over Marina Rodriguez and Karolina Kowalkiewicz, and a 2023 arm-triangle submission of Polyana Viana that earned a Performance of the Night bonus. Her one defeat in that stretch came against Amanda Lemos in March 2025.
Caliari, born in 1996, is 9-4 according to Agent MMA. She won her UFC debut on points against Ernesta Kareckaite in January 2025, then lost to Carli Judice at UFC 318 and to Shauna Bannon by third-round submission in May 2026, her first fight at strawweight, per Roster Watch.
Lucindo brings the deeper UFC record and finishing power, while Caliari needs a win to steady her UFC career. It is one of several bouts on a card topped by Alexander Volkanovski against Movsar Evloev.
