The Sheikh Zayed Festival returns to Al Wathba South in Abu Dhabi on 30 October 2026, Khaleej Times reported on 14 October. The new season runs for 136 days, until 14 March 2027, and the festival is open daily.

Fireworks are scheduled every Saturday, as well as on National Day and New Year's Eve, and the Emirates Fountain and Laser Show is back with new aerial light choreography. The festival has set Guinness World Records for fireworks and drone shows in previous seasons.

Heritage Village returns with Emirati customs, crafts and folk performances, and themed sub-festivals for plants, livestock, food, flowers and honey run through the season. New this year are art and photography exhibitions, plus music and theatre performances, with leading Arab and Gulf artists on the main stage at weekends. Artist names and dates have not been announced yet.

More than 15 countries and regions have pavilions, including India, China, Japan, Turkey, Morocco and Egypt. The programme also marks Eid Al Etihad and Ramadan evenings, and tickets are booked through zayedfestival.ae.
