Space42 Arena Abu Dhabi guide: where it is, capacity and what's on
The Al Raha Beach venue hosts Power Slap 25 in fight week and Angham in November.
Space42 Arena is a multi-purpose venue at Al Raha Beach in Abu Dhabi, a short drive from Yas Island. The venue covers 4,000 square metres, with a 2,500 square metre indoor arena that holds up to 3,000 guests, according to Space42.
The name comes from a ten-year naming rights deal signed by Abu Dhabi technology company Space42, announced in October 2024. The UAE Muay Thai and Kickboxing Federation is also a partner, and the venue was designed for concerts, sporting events and conferences.
This week it is part of Abu Dhabi Showdown Week, hosting Power Slap 25 on Friday 23 October, the night before UFC 333 at Etihad Arena. Earlier in October it staged Nagham, a Heritage Symphonic Orchestra programme of traditional melodies, The National noted.
Next up is Egyptian star Angham on Sunday 29 November, with doors at 7.30pm and the concert at 9pm, per Gulf News. With a capacity a fraction of Etihad Arena's, it is one of the closer-to-the-stage experiences in the capital.
