UFC 333 facts: Evloev could become the 18th UFC champion to win a belt unbeaten
MMA Junkie's pre-event numbers for Abu Dhabi, from Evloev's decision streak to Dvalishvili's takedown record and Yan's striking totals.

If Movsar Evloev beats Alexander Volkanovski on Saturday, he would become the 18th fighter in UFC history to win a title while undefeated. That is one of the pre-event facts compiled by MMA Junkie on 20 October. Evloev is 20-0, and his 20-fight win streak is the longest among active UFC fighters.
All 10 of his UFC wins have come by decision, and he is the only fighter in UFC history to start 10-0 with every win on the scorecards. He has 52 UFC takedowns in 10 appearances, and his 49 at featherweight are the second most in division history, behind Darren Elkins with 65.
Volkanovski brings his own records to Etihad Arena. His eight UFC featherweight title fight wins tie him with Jose Aldo for the most in the division, and his average featherweight fight time of 18 minutes 3 seconds is the longest in division history. He is also one of only four fighters to start 12-0 in the UFC, alongside Anderson Silva, Kamaru Usman and Khabib Nurmagomedov.
In the co-main event, Merab Dvalishvili holds the UFC record for takedowns with 119, and his 12 unanimous decision wins are also the most in company history. His 20 takedowns against Cory Sandhagen at UFC 320 are the most ever landed in a UFC championship fight. Petr Yan answers with 1,456 significant strikes at bantamweight, the most in division history.
Further down the card, Alexander Volkov is the 10th fighter in UFC history with 20 or more appearances, and Azamat Murzakanov's 56.5 percent significant strike accuracy is the best among active light heavyweights. UFC 333 takes place at Etihad Arena on Saturday 24 October, with the main card around 10pm UAE time.
