Volkanovski predicts he will finish Evloev at UFC 333
The featherweight champion calls Movsar Evloev the best in the division after himself, then says the fight will not go five rounds.

Alexander Volkanovski has given Movsar Evloev plenty of respect before their UFC 333 title fight in Abu Dhabi, and then predicted he will stop him. The featherweight champion spoke in a sit-down interview with Megan Olivi, reported by LowKickMMA on 12 October.
Volkanovski called the unbeaten challenger a worthy opponent who should have had a title shot earlier. "I think he is the best outside myself," he said.
He still sees the matchup as a good one for him. Evloev's wrestling and grappling have troubled other featherweights, but Volkanovski does not believe that approach can last a full title fight. "I just don't think anyone can beat me for 25 minutes," he said.
He went further and predicted a stoppage before the fifth round, saying he believes he can put Evloev out and that the finish could even come early.
Evloev has said the opposite. In September he said he would keep taking Volkanovski down as many times as needed over the whole fight, AgentMMA reported. The two meet in the main event at Etihad Arena on Saturday 24 October, with Petr Yan against Merab Dvalishvili for the bantamweight title in the co-main event.
