How it works
- Pick your seat. Tap a section on the arena map and choose your tickets.
- Leave your details. Name, mobile and delivery address. No card needed. Your tickets are reserved the moment you order.
- Choose delivery. Get them now, or delivered on the day of the event before doors open.
- Pay cash on delivery. Our courier hands you the tickets. Check them, then pay.
Questions people ask
Are the tickets real?
Every ticket is checked by our team before it is listed, and you only pay once the ticket is in your hands.
Do I pay anything online?
No. Payment is cash to our courier on delivery.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the UAE. Tell us the address at checkout and choose delivery now or on event day.
I want to sell my tickets.
Use the Sell page. Tell us what you have and the price you want. We verify the tickets, list them, find the buyer and pay you once they sell.
Will my seats be together?
If you buy several tickets from one listing in one order, they're seated together unless the listing says otherwise.
When will my tickets arrive?
If you chose "deliver now", once we call you to confirm your order. If you chose "event day", on the day before doors open.
What if the event is cancelled or moved?
If it is cancelled before delivery, your order is cancelled and you pay nothing. If it moves to a new date, your tickets are valid for the new date. Details are in our Terms.
Can I get a refund if I can't go?
We can't refund change-of-plans, but email us: we may be able to list your tickets again for you.
