Abu Dhabi weather in November and December: what to wear to outdoor shows
Average temperatures, sunset times and packing tips for open-air concerts and the Grand Prix on Yas Island.

The outdoor season on Yas Island starts as the summer heat fades. BREDx brings Central Cee and Bryson Tiller to Etihad Live on Saturday 14 November, and the Grand Prix concerts and Anyma's after-party follow in early December, so it helps to know what the evenings feel like.
November cools steadily. Weather Spark's long-term averages put daily highs at about 32°C at the start of the month, falling to about 27°C by the end, with lows dropping from about 23°C to 19°C. Muggy days become much less common as the month goes on, and rain is rare.
December is milder still. At Abu Dhabi International Airport, which Visit Abu Dhabi places about seven minutes from Etihad Arena, average highs fall from about 28°C to 24°C and lows from about 17°C to 14°C, with only about a 3% chance of a wet day.
The sun sets early, at around 5:30pm to 5:45pm through both months, so evening shows start well after dark as the temperature drops. For a long night standing at an open-air venue, a light layer is worth carrying, especially in December.
For the Grand Prix, Formula1.com's visitor advice is to pack comfortable shoes, sun protection and light layers with a jacket for the cooler nights, as early December days can reach about 26°C. Umbrellas are on the circuit's banned list, so a hat and sunscreen are the better choice for daytime sessions. These figures are averages, not forecasts, so check the forecast a few days before you go.
