Dopa World at Expo City Dubai: Saint Levant and Ziad Zaza on 18 and 19 December
A new two-day festival of young Arab music, fashion and food comes to Jubilee Park in December.
Dopa World, a new festival built around the new generation of Arab music and creativity, takes over Jubilee Park at Expo City Dubai in December. Platinumlist lists Friday 18 December with Ziad Zaza and Saturday 19 December with Saint Levant, with doors at 4pm on both days. Shehab is also on the bill, and more artists are due to be announced.
FACT Magazine calls it the first Arab Gen Z cultural experience. Alongside the music there will be local brands, food concepts and creative stalls, and the organisers say they want to support emerging Arab artists and local businesses.
Saint Levant headlines the Saturday. He writes and performs in Arabic, English and French, often within a single track, and FACT lists Very Few Friends, Nails and Deira among his songs. The festival was first planned for April 2026 and was moved to December.
The event is strictly 12+, and anyone under 16 must be with an adult aged 18 or over. Platinumlist says guests may be asked for an original Emirates ID, passport or digital ID through the UAE ICP app, and that foreign driving licences are not accepted as proof of age.
