The Dubai Fitness Challenge returns for its 10th season from 31 October to 29 November 2026, The National reported. Launched in 2017 by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, it asks residents to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity every day for 30 days.

Dubai Ride is on Sunday 1 November, when Sheikh Zayed Road closes to cars for cyclists. There are two routes: a 4km family route past Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera and Burj Khalifa, and a 12km route for more experienced riders. The 2025 ride drew 40,327 cyclists, up from 37,130 the year before. Pre-registration is required.

Dubai Run follows on Sunday 22 November on Sheikh Zayed Road, with 5km and 10km courses starting at 6.30am. Runners must finish by 9am, when the road reopens. The 2025 edition set a record with 307,000 runners.

Between the two, free stand-up paddle sessions take place at Hatta on 7 and 8 November, and the month ends with Dubai Yoga at Zabeel Park on 29 November. Locations of the fitness villages and hubs had not been announced when The National reported.
