Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data RESOLDTICK (“we”, “us”), operated by RESOLDTICK, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collects when you use this website, why, and what rights you have. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other laws that apply.

1. What we collect

Order details: your name, email address, mobile number, any note you add, the tickets you buy and the amount paid.
Delivery details: your emirate, area and address, so our courier can bring your tickets. Payment is cash on delivery, so we never collect card details.
Messages: anything you send us by email.
Technical data: a session cookie that keeps your cart and checkout working, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Why we use it

To process your order, take payment and deliver your tickets by email (performing our contract with you).
To contact you about your order, including changes to or cancellation of an event.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (our legitimate interest).
To keep financial and tax records we're legally required to keep.

We don't send marketing messages unless you've asked us to, and we never sell your data.

3. Who we share it with

Our courier, who receives your name, mobile and address to deliver your tickets.
Email provider to send your receipt and tickets.
Hosting provider that runs this website.
Event organisers or ticketing platforms, only when a ticket transfer needs your name or email.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on them to protect it to a standard equivalent to UAE law.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires (generally five years). Ticket files we send you are deleted from our systems 90 days after the event. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it (where we don't have to keep it by law), restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another service. Email hello@resoldtick.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.

6. Security

The site runs over HTTPS, no card details are collected, and ticket files are stored where only we can reach them.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
