Coca-Cola Arena seating plan explained: levels, sections and best seats
How the 17,000-capacity Dubai arena is laid out, from the standing floor to Level 4, and where to sit.

Coca-Cola Arena in City Walk, Dubai, holds up to 17,000 people, and its automated seating lets the bowl change shape for each event, according to the arena's 2026 press kit. Large concerts usually use an end-stage layout, while sports and some concerts are staged in the round with seats on every side.
Property Finder breaks the capacity down into a bowl floor of about 5,000, standing or seated, plus fixed tiered seating of about 5,000 each on Level 1 and Level 4. Hospitality suites take up Levels 2 and 3, and the floor itself measures 86 m by 45 m.
For seats close to the stage without being in the crowd at the front of the floor, The National's arena guide recommended sections 102, 103 and 104 and sections 113, 114 and 115, though the view is slightly side-on. The same guide found the higher sections cheaper and still clear of the stage, but every show has its own map, so check yours before you choose.
Under the arena's conditions of entry, children under 16 are not allowed on the general admission standing floor at standing shows, so families need seated tickets. Every guest needs a ticket, infants included.
Premium options sit under the Elevate brand: private suites, the Premier Club, the Live Lounge and the Elevate Deck, which comes with fast-track entry and raised seating. Wheelchair spaces are on Level 1 and Level 4, and the standing floor is not wheelchair accessible. Next up are Nancy Ajram on Saturday 24 October and Shaan on Sunday 25 October.
