Accessible concerts in Dubai: wheelchair seating at Coca-Cola Arena and Dubai Opera

Dubai's two main indoor show venues both offer wheelchair seating and accessible facilities, but the details differ. This guide sets out what Coca-Cola Arena and Dubai Opera say on their own accessibility pages.
At Coca-Cola Arena, wheelchair spaces are on Level 1 and Level 4, with room for a companion alongside, and the standing floor is not wheelchair accessible. Guests with a valid people of determination (POD) card book accessible tickets by emailing the box office, and visitors without a UAE card can send supporting documents from their home country. If a Sanad card says a companion is required, a guest who wants to attend alone must sign a Companion Waiver Form.
The arena has designated accessible parking, and a parking marshal can help on arrival. Accessible toilets are on every level, POD card holders can use priority queues at the plaza and box office, and only certified service dogs assisting visually impaired guests are allowed inside.
For sensory needs, Coca-Cola Arena lends noise-cancelling headphones from Main Reception and publishes a downloadable sensory guide. A silent room near Door 4 opens during family and children's shows, and the ground-floor medical room can be used as a quiet space at other events. Hearing loops and sign language interpreters are not yet available, and the arena supports the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower scheme.
Dubai Opera holds designated spaces for wheelchair users and their carers, though the room's layout means they are not always in the most popular areas; the venue promises the best available wheelchair location. Lifts serve every level, including a POD lift on the stalls level, and there are ten accessible parking spaces in Basement 2 of the Dubai Opera car park. Valet parking also runs during show hours.
